Inspired by this blog and this e-course my husband and I are embarking on an adventure! We are buying an RV and driving across North America for three months. We made this decision in the past week and are now putting the wheels in motion (tee hee) with the plan to be leaving by the end of April.
We are looking to push the boundaries in ourselves. We want to meet new people, explore new places, learn, grow, write, photograph, and just cherish every day.
The idea of living with just the basics while on the RV is also part of pushing ourselves. Before we leave, we are doing a little spring cleaning and getting rid of all the *things* in our home that are just taking up space. While on the RV, we’ll have only the clothes we need, the kitchen tools we need, bedding and towels, utensils – everything will be only what we need to live those three months on the RV. So when we get back, we’re hoping to clear even more stuff out of our house. That’s the idea anyway!
Except for a few must-sees, we have no clue where exactly we are going, but that’s part of the fun! We want to keep ourselves open to possibilities and see what finds us out there on the open road.
I hope you will follow along with us. Drop me a line in the comments so I know you’re out there. Any suggestions of where we should stop? Have you driven across North America in an RV? We want to hear from you!
